Returns

-Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

-To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

-Returns made without prior notice and approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

-We accept exchanges for the same item in a different color or size, depending on stock availability.

-Please contact us before sending the item back to ensure the item you want is in stock and eligible for exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1-Email us at hello@buldandco.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

2-Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

3-Unapproved returns sent without contacting us first will be refused and returned to sender.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.
